Dewey’s 24 Hour Readathon: Hour 3 Update

October 17, 2015 by Myndi @ madbooklove

Reading: Ashley Bell by Dean Koontz

Reading Time: 43 minutes

Pages Read: 52

Much improvement in this 3rd hour. My book is getting really good and all sorts of complicated. In what way do all of these connections make sense? I can’t wait to find out!!!

My husband brought me pancakes and my little one hasn’t thrown up in a fair amount of time, so things are looking up at the moment.

Here’s to making the 4th hour the best yet!

If you’re participating, please let me know and I’ll come by and say hi during my hourly breaks!

And best of luck to all my fellow readathoners!

Feel free to come cheer me on or check out what I’m reading on my Twitter (@madbooklove) or on Goodreads ( or, of course, you can always check out my latest updates here.

Looks like you are doing really well. Hour 5 is coming up. Take a break, perhaps? Chocolate, cookies or fruit? Have a wander around and then hit those books!

Thanks, Chris! Yes, a break is definitely needed and in progress. Perhaps something to eat, a hug for my kids, and a quick walk around the house before jumping back in.
